Start your Saturday mornings with purpose. This summer, join us for a 4-week journey of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection—designed to leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and more in tune with yourself.
Led by Emily Steinberg—yoga teacher, life coach, and soul nurturer—each session blends intentional movement, breathwork, and community reflection to help you reset and rise.
