Refund policy
At YENology®, we want you to love what you purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we’re here to help. Below are our current return and refund policies.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with tags (if applicable), and in the original packaging.
- You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at contact@yen-ology.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please note: We do not accept returns on items purchased through retail partners—only items purchased directly from our website may be returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at contact@yen-ology.com if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Drinks and infused beverages
- Custom printed rolling paper kits
- Tea bombs
- Eye masks
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Personal care products (such as beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before making a return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, we require photographic proof and email approval before sending any replacements.
The quickest way to get the item you want is to initiate a return and then place a separate order for the new item once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria noted above.
