Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
YENology® currently ships within the United States through USPS, and occasionally through FedEx or UPS, depending on the size and nature of your order.
All orders are shipped discreetly and packaged with care.
We No Longer Ship to Canada or Internationally
At this time, YENology® is not shipping outside of the United States, including Canada. We hope to expand our shipping range in the future so more customers can enjoy our curated collection.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipping may be delayed.
Delivery Time Estimates
Estimated delivery time varies by location. Most orders will arrive within 2–8 business days after shipment, though this may take longer for remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Additional Shipping Details
- A physical address is required for delivery.
- A $15 fee will be charged for packages that must be re-routed due to customer address errors.
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Expedited Shipping
If you need your order rushed, email us at contact@yen-ology.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Rush orders may be prioritized depending on availability and timing.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us immediately at contact@yen-ology.com. We will open an inquiry with the carrier.
- If the carrier determines the package was lost in transit, we will re-ship the order at no charge (subject to inventory availability).
- If the carrier confirms the package was delivered correctly to the provided shipping address, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.
Incorrect Addresses & Customer Errors
YENology® is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to customer error, the customer is responsible for the original and return shipping costs.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be charged based on your shipping address, not billing address.
